Allegiance Forums

If your allegiance or group needs a place to discuss events or anything else, AC Stratics can help. We provide, free of charge, a set of allegiance forums for your use. You may assign as many moderators as you like, as well as request custom titles. Setting up and managing Stratics Allegiance Forums is fast and easy.

Also, although we generally use the term allegiance, you don't necessarily have to be one in the game - any group of players can request a set of forums here.

You can have either two or three forums created for your group:

Public Forum - Everyone
This forum is readable and writable by all, even those not in your group. This forum is usually used as a general forum, or as a recruitment forum(i.e. link potential recruits to this forum). You, as the requestor, will have moderator access to this forum. You will be able to request additional moderators for your forums via the Access Request forum.
Note - Unless you are already a forum Moderator, you will not be able to see the Access Request forum.

Private Forum - Members
You will be given one Members only forum for which only people you desire can gain access (Requests made via the Access Request forum.) Your members will be able to read and write posts in this forum away from the eyes of the general public. HTML will be allowed and the rules of conduct will be relaxed in these forums - however, pornography, warez, and any illegal activities in these forums will be immediate cause for removal of all associated forums.

Private Forum (Optional) - Leaders
If your allegiance has a council based leadership or an inner circle which needs a private place to discuss matters, you can have a 2nd private forum for that use. The membership for this forum should be limited to only those people who decide matters for your Allegiance. This forum is subject to the same rules and policies as the Members Private forum.

To request a set of Allegiance Forums please post a request in the Allegiance Forum Creation Requests forum. Indicate:
1) The name of the allegiance
2) A brief description of your allegiance to be listed in the public forum description.
3) Whether or not you require a Leadership forum. (You can request one later if so needed.)
4) Any members of your allegiance who are already registered who need access to the private [and/or leadership] forum.
Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified when your forums are created by way of reply to your access request.

All that we ask is that you abide by our Rules Of Conduct, and make sure that your users do as well. The Stratics staff will NOT constantly monitor your forums, but be aware we will check in from time to time. It is in your best interest to see that users in your forum follow the RoC.
