1. What is your name and/or nickname?

Patricia (a.k.a. Red Elvin Turbie)

2. How did you come to work at Turbine?

By car. Oh! I get it. Got laid off from another game company & decided this was the place in the Boston Area that I most wanted to work. Luckily, they liked me.

3. What other jobs have you had?

You don't mean stuff like running a car wash in college, right? I began in games at Infocom in 1988; I've worked at several other game/entertainment software companies including: Boffo Games; Harmonix Music; CogniToy; GameFX (THQ).

4. Do you work on anything else besides AC (and can you tell us about it)?

Yes. I work on new projects & no, I can't tell you about it. :)

5. If you could add or change one thing in AC, what would that be?

Being able to correct horrible errors in the expenditure of skill points. AGHH!

6. What's the most amusing or embarrassing death you've had or witnessed in AC?

Starting out as an Alchemist & killing myself TWICE creating Health Potions.

7. Are you in an allegiance and do your allegiance members know you're at Turbine?

Yes, I am. I sure hope they know; my monarch is about 15 feet away. :) So are some of my vassals.

8. Have you played any other MMORPGs and are you looking forward to any upcoming ones?

I played UO way back at the start (and founded one of the first guilds, The Lost Order of Akalabeth). Haven't had time to lust after upcoming games; too busy making one.

9. What's the current in-office LAN game?

Counterstrike, I guess. However, I'm such an AC addict, I've not been recruited.

10. Favourites:

Agh. I hate these questions. I can never pick ONE of anything, but here goes: anything but violent, senseless noise; almost anything black & white when they still had real writers in Hollywood and would take chances; yes, food is a favorite; toss up between cycling & equestrian; currently, AC1 (ask me again in 6 months).

11. What was the first computer game you played?

Pong - when it came out. Second, Adventure (a.k.a. Colossal Cave) on a mainframe the summer it was released.

12. What would you like appreciative fans to send as gifts?

Money. Beyond that, fun office toys.

13. Did you get your pre-patch Greater Shadow Armour in time?

No. Sigh.

14. Fasten and then zip or zip and then fasten?

Fasten then zip, unless it's a skirt.

15. Because of the lead- and asbestos-lined walls at Turbine's offices, you all survive the apocalypse - who'd get voted Supreme Leader?

Bowman, but it's more likely that the Lady of the Lake would give him Excalibur.
