1. What is your name and/or nickname?

Sean Dickinson aka Speed

2. How did you come to work at Turbine?

Some friends of mine were starting their own company to make this cool 3D game called Portal that was going to be able to have 100 people in the game world at the same time. I joined the company to do the QA testing on this cool new RPG that was going to be better than Doom!

3. What other jobs have you had?

I worked in QA for a company in Providence RI called CADRE. We made Object Oriented tools for programmers on large projects.

4. Do you work on anything else besides AC (and can you tell us about it)?

Nope, just AC so far.

5. If you could add or change one thing in AC, what would that be?

I would like to have Allegiance War support. Also more cool magic schools.

6. What's the most amusing or embarrassing death you've had or witnessed in AC?

In game I would have to say this one time a Lugian killed me. He was chasing me forever and I was almost dead. I ran into a barn and he couldn't fit through the door and seemed to be confused. So I stood there and taunted him, calling him names doing emotes, having a good laugh at the big fella, when all of a sudden he swings his mace into the doorway of the barn and smack, one hit I'm dead. So never taunt a Lugian.

I will also never forget the first time I saw one of the Vitea Rising shockwave movies it was the one with the Ash Gromnie that's camping the lifestone :)

7. Are you in an allegiance and do your allegiance members know you're at Turbine?

Yes I am and no they don't :)

8. Have you played any other MMORPGs and are you looking forward to any upcoming ones?

I played a little UO and that was fun, but I pretty much only play AC now. I play lots of other offline games too. I love Masters of Orion II, Diablo I & II, lots of others.

9. What's the current in-office LAN game?

Total Annihilation or Starcraft.

10. Favourites:

Picking at random from stuff I like: REM, Mexican, Soccer, Xcom

11. What was the first computer game you played?

Breakout on this very early Atari console that played 3 different versions of Breakout depending on where you set this little toggle switch.

12. What would you like appreciative fans to send as gifts?

Chocolates are a company favorite.

13. Did you get your pre-patch Greater Shadow Armour in time?

Nope, I was pretty disappointed, especially when I saw all of the crazy prices they were getting on Ebay. Just wish I could have gotten a set. I like the new GSA though, its cool to be able to modify it.

14. Fasten and then zip or zip and then fasten?

Ummm fasten and zip.

15. Because of the lead- and asbestos-lined walls at Turbine's offices, you all survive the apocalypse - who'd get voted Supreme Leader?

Kronos!... No, maybe Kang... I can't choose!
