Warriors of Dereth, long have you had your way with the defenseless cows of this world - slaughtering, mocking, tipping. You wound these noble beasts for your demented amusement, and still they maintain peace.
But the cows have suffered long enough. There is one who has risen, one who would scour the world of your two-legged kind. She is mad, oh so very mad. And she stalks the coast south of Candeth Keep. Keep your eyes open for this event to repeat and be sure to be witness to the killer Queen of Cows next time!

Finally, the details are here! Much thanks to Methost for allowing us to attend with his LOTRO group.
What is this? A player organized gathering of AC and LOTRO fans! Calandryll (Turbine's Director of Community Relations) and Ibn, AC1 Community Relations will be in attendance as well!
The AC and LOTRO groups will be in the same room but on a split level. This allows us to be in the same general area and to have our own little area to ourselves.
Also included are door prizes (both AC and LOTRO related) and access to the LOTROG Hospitality Room at the Holiday Inn Downtown (sponsored by LotRO OGaming!)
Location: Dave and Busters in Providence, RI.
Time: Saturday, August 13th, 2005: Noon to 4:00 pm, EST.

We've just made the Graphics Upgrade, scheduled to go live with the Throne of Destiny launch on Monday July 18, available for Pre Download! Get ready for Monday's launch by downloading this Upgrade ahead of time!
Who should download this file?
This is intended for existing Asheron's Call subscribers who will not have access to a Throne of Destiny retail box on Monday, July 18 and have not installed the Throne of Destiny Open Preview.
All players will need to install the Graphics Upgrade in order to continue playing after July 18; however, both the Throne of Destiny retail package and the Open Preview download include this Upgrade.
Please note:
We strongly advise that users do not install this program until Monday, July 18. Installing this program into the same folder as your existing Asheron's Call installation may prevent you from playing the game.
When installed, the Graphics Update will appear as "Asheron's Call - Throne of Destiny" on your computer. However, the only way to obtain the Throne of Destiny content -- including levels beyond 126, Rare items, new quests, content and more -- is to purchase the Throne of Destiny retail box.
