Make your way to Aun Papileona at 40.4n, 78.2w. Papileona has a Shrine to Reata a little north at 41.7n, 78.3w (limited to level 1-15) which has been overrun by Carenzi. If you clear the dungeon and bring back proof you'll get the title of Carenzi Slayer and Raeta's Necklace - which casts Laying on of Hands, Regeneration Other II and Rejuvenation Other II.

Once inside the dungeon, you'll find yourself in a curving cave area with a door and a few Carenzi Pouchlings. On the other side is a large cavern with a ramp down in the middle. Down the ramp, the route splits - you can take either path as they eventually rejoin in a small cavern with a chest in it. The key to the chest is on one of the Carenzi Sentries in the cavern. Once you have the key, take Aun Papileona's Amulet from the chest and return. Papileona will hand you the necklace when you hand over the amulet. To get the coveted title of Carenzi Slayer, hand back the necklace to Papileona, who will change your title and return the necklace.
