Now if you started this in East Yaraq with Ahyara. She will tell you to take the congratulation letter to Nasun ibn Tifar.
A per insturctions take this note to East Yaraq outpost and give it to Ahyara.
You give Ahyara Congratulations.
Ahyara tells you, "Ha! Only for fair Mara would Nasun write sooner than I. And overwritten, as usual. He does love his vocabulary."
Ahyara gives you Congratulations.
Ahyara tells you, "Since you are here, would you do us the honor of presenting this note to Mara, at her father's villa outside Yaraq? I am sure she will be pleased to receive it."

Now take the Congratulations to Mara. Mara is staying at her Father's House outside of Yaraq at 22.4s 1.9w. She also happen to be the leader of the Explorer Society around Yaraq. Give the congratulations to here.
You give Mara al-Luq Congratulations.
Mara al-Luq tells you, "Oh, what a sweet man Nasun is! I wish I could understand but half of his words, but I know he means well."
Mara al-Luq gives you Thank You Note.
Mara al-Luq tells you, "Please, would you take him this thank-you note?"

So now you take the Thank you note back to the person you got the first congratulations from. In this case it is Nasun ibn Tifar.
