Unless you have lockpicking, start your quest for the Green Mire Cuirass by completing the Green Mire Yari quest - you'll need the key from the Drudge Prowler in the southern section and the key from the Mosswart Feeder in the Yari room in the eastern section. Once equipped with these, return to the portal room and head west. You'll find yourself at the top point of a diamond-shaped set of passageways. Heading inward from each side of the diamond will be a passageway - take either of the passages going down. At the crossroads take the eastern passage, which will lead you in a 180-degree turn to four cells. One of these is locked and contains a chest. Unlock the cell with the key from the Mosswart Feeder and the chest with the key from the Drudge Prowler. Inside the chest is another key. Back at the crossroads take the western passage - this takes a large 180-degree turn and ends at a locked door that can be opened with the key you just retrieved from the chest. Through the door you'll be in a passage that leads down to a large room. If you're lucky, they're be a few people keeping the room clear. On a regular basis, two Mosswart Shamen spawn in here along with several assorted lesser Mosswarts and the gentleman who holds the final key you need: the Mosswart Chief. Once you have the key, you'll have to wait for the Ghost Wisp to spawn as the Cuirass will spawn a few minutes after the Wisp. It spawns in the chest (which is trapped) along with a crown.
