This quest starts in Samsur's Northwest outpost. You will need to talk to Rubid al-Jurma.

Rubid al-Jurma tells you, "Also, have you a moment to help me recover another item? Some years ago, when the Gharu'n were just arriving here, the young noble Musansayn the Great became the first leader of our people in Dereth, and founded Samsur. He later disappeared into the desert."
Rubid al-Jurma gives you Library Key.
Rubid al-Jurma tells you, "This key will open the door to his famed library. Follow the road leading southeast - you will see his house off to your left. If you can find any book remaining there, bring it back to me."

Head back to Samsur. On the way back to town there is a little house that has portal in it to the north of the road. The portal is called Musansayns Vaults. Once in the dungeon, head south and go down the ramp. Go either direction both lead to the same room. Go down the next 2 ramps. You will come to a room that has 3 doors. Take the one on the east wall or south wall both lead to the same place. You'll go through 2 rooms and then come to a locked door. Use the library key on this door.Once inside go to the door on the east wall. Follow the corridor to the east and then head down. Follow it around until you come to a gate. Open it up and head down. Follow it down into a big room . By a fireplace you will find a book on the floor. Take this book back to Rubid
