Magic Iceball
A loosely packed ball of clean sparkling ice and snow particles, oddly resistant to melting.
Poofy Snowball
A lightweight ball made of clean extra fluffy snow. Harmless fun for light Player Killer play. Damage: 0, Cold.
Strange Stick
An unusual stick with a spicy smell.

Sweet carrots of a fine, rich orange hue.
Headless Snowman
A partially constructed snowman. Looks like it's missing it's [sic] head.
Unarmed Snowman

To make a snowman to decorate your house, you'll first need to gather a few items. One of these is Magic Iceballs and they can be purchased from the Jolly Snowman near Qalaba'r. The run may be a little dangerous, but there's usually enough room to avoid everything on the way. The Jolly Snowman sells Magic Iceballs for 100k a pop. Buy a sufficient quantity. You can also purchase a "Frozen Note" which tells you how to build a basic snowman:

Sculpting a Snowman

You too can create a snow sculpture to celebrate the Winter Festival and you don't need any fancy skills to do it. All you need are the ingredients and a good place to show off your sculpture.

Collect the following: 1 Magic Iceball, 2 Poofy Snowballs, a Strange Stick and a Carrot.

Smoosh the Magic Iceball onto a Poofy Snowball to get a snowman torso which you combine with another Poofy Snowball to get a basic snowman body. Add your Strange Stick for arms and then your Carrot for the nose and you should have a handsome Snowman to show your friends.

The two Poofy Snowballs are probably the hardest to obtain. You'll find these on "Good" Snowmen, or on the much rarer Chilly the Snowman and the Two-Headed Snowman (who carry 2 poofy snowballs). Snowmen can be found around Osteth, notably in the area between Lin and the nearby Lugian Citadel, north-west of Shoushi or west of Sawato.

Next hardest - maybe even as hard - are Strange Sticks. These can be found on Wood Golems or lying on the ground near Zefirs. Osteth's plains are good for both sources. Carrots meanwhile can be bought or found on snowmen.

Once you have your parts you can put them together. You'll need a character with Arcane Lore trained to construct the snowman.

Three -- use the Unarmed Snowman on a Strange Stick to make a "noseless snowman":

You've now made your snowman. But there are two more options to consider. Using your finished snowman on a Magic Iceball or Poofy Snowball will produce a scary "two-headed snowman".
